Cashless Claim
Get admitted to any one of Niva Bupa network hospitals.
Use your Niva Bupa Health Card or share your policy number with the concerned team at a hospital along with your Passport/PAN card/ Voters ID as identification proof.
Now, the network hospital will verify your identity for validation and submit the pre-authorization request to us.
After validation, we review and provide our confirmation to the network hospital by fax and email. We ensure you are also notified of the same through text message and email. Niva Bupa will respond to your request within 30 minutes of filing of the claim request.
The only activity left to do now is the final settlement of your insurance claim (as per policy terms & conditions) with the hospital after completion of all the necessary formalities.

After the details are submitted, the claims history will appear in And there will be an option to file a new claim.
Select the patient name in the drop down list.
Select the cause of hospitalization. And will fill the details.
Attach all required claim documents. And tick on the given button and summit.
Claim will submitted and generated WEBDIGITIAL ID.
Get admitted to any one of Niva Bupa network hospitals.
Use your Niva Bupa Health Card or share your policy number with the concerned team at a hospital along with your Passport/PAN card/ Voters ID as identification proof.
Now, the network hospital will verify your identity for validation and submit the pre-authorization request to us.
After validation, we review and provide our confirmation to the network hospital by fax and email. We ensure you are also notified of the same through text message and email. Niva Bupa will respond to your request within 30 minutes of filing of the claim request.
The only activity left to do now is the final settlement of your insurance claim (as per policy terms & conditions) with the hospital after completion of all the necessary formalities.
