EOP User Declaration

By accepting this declaration, I affirm to the following terms and conditions governing my relationship with Banayantree Services Limited as a Category 1 Execution Only Platform (EOP) hereinafter referred to as "EOP". I acknowledge and understand my responsibilities, rights, and obligations as a Client.

The User hereby declares and confirms the following:

1. General Awareness and Eligibility

   • I am aware that Banayantree Services Limited, operating under Category 1 Execution Only Platform (EOP) license (Registration No. CAT-1 EOP 0002), offers its services through the ET Money mobile application.

   • I am an eligible investor as per the scheme-related documents and confirm that my investments comply with all applicable capital market regulations. I am not prohibited from dealing in the capital market under any ruling or order by any regulatory authority, including SEBI.

2. Compliance and Disclosures

   • I confirm that I am KYC-compliant and have provided accurate, updated, and factual information as requested by ET Money for investment purposes.

   • I have not received, nor been induced by, ET Money to invest through any form of transaction fee rebate, gift, voucher, or similar incentives, directly or indirectly.

3. Risk Awareness and Confidentiality

   • I understand that investments in securities markets are subject to risks, including market, operational, and information technology risks. I have read all related documents carefully and acknowledge that investment values can significantly depreciate.

   • I pledge to maintain the confidentiality of my login access and other sensitive information related to the ET Money Platform. I absolve ET Money of any liability arising from the misuse of such information due to my negligence.

4. Grievance Redressal

   I am fully aware of the grievance redressal mechanism provided by ET Money and agree to address any complaints or grievances directly with them as the initial recourse before seeking other resolutions.

5. Transaction Authorization

   I authorize ET Money to execute my instructions, authenticated via my account credentials or other approved mechanisms, for mutual fund transactions (e.g., purchase, redemption, switch, sell) or any other services offered directly or via partners.

6. Consent for Data Sharing

   • I consent to ET Money sharing my KYC information with respective AMCs as required for availing services.

   • I understand that AMCs will share information about my transactions executed through the ET Money Platform with ET Money.

   • I hereby consent to ET Money providing electronic confirmation to the AMC regarding my acceptance of the terms and conditions, execution of transactions through the ET Money platform, and any other confirmations, documents, or details as required by the AMC under applicable laws.

   • I acknowledge and consent to the EOP Division of Banayantree Services Limited sharing my personal and transactional data within BTSL divisions, business partners to facilitate services including but not limited to other financial product recommendations and promotions, enhancing personalization, and improvement of my overall experience across ET Money products. By continuing to use ET Money after November 30, 2024, I consent to the sharing of all transactional information including all systematic transactions already registered up to that date within BTSL's divisions to provide personalized financial recommendations and improve my experience across all ET Money products and services.

7. Service-Specific Terms

   • I confirm that transactions in direct mutual fund plans without investment advisory services will be tagged under the EOP code of BanayanTree Services Limited (CAT-1 EOP 0002).

   • I confirm that I am fully aware of all essential details, including cut-off timings and payment settlement periods for mutual fund transactions across different payment methods, service standards.

   • I acknowledge that all communication or information provided by the EOP division of ET Money is solely for informational and educational purposes and should not be construed as investment advice.

   • I have read and understood the Key Information Memorandum, Scheme Information Document and Statement of additional information, Instructions and other information including risk factors and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions for availing the EOP Services of ET Money, AMCs Terms and Conditions, and all applicable laws.

8. Payment Assurance

   • I confirm that all payments for mutual fund investments through the ET Money Platform are made from my own bank account, funded through legitimate sources. For joint accounts, I have the necessary authorization from co-holders. Any third-party payments may be rejected by AMCs or ET Money.

   By agreeing to this declaration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined above. I accept my responsibilities as a Client and acknowledge the risks, limitations, and conditions associated with services provided by Banayantree Services Limited as Category 1 Execution Only Platform (EOP).

I hereby declare while implementing Investment Advice of ET Money Genius

By accepting this declaration, I affirm to the following terms and conditions governing my relationship with Banayantree Services Limited as a Registered Investment Advisor hereinafter referred to as "ET Money Genius". I acknowledge and understand my responsibilities, rights, and obligations as a Client.

The User hereby declares and confirms the following:

1. General Awareness and Eligibility

   • I am aware that Banayantree Services Limited, operating as SEBI Registered Investment Advisers, license (RIA No. INA100006898), offers its services through the ET Money mobile application.

   • I am an eligible investor as per the scheme-related documents and confirm that my investments comply with all applicable capital market regulations. I am not prohibited from dealing in the capital market under any ruling or order by any regulatory authority, including SEBI.

2. Compliance and Disclosures
